We will create a personalized interactive program for you which will be adapted from the internationally acclaimed, evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). We will also include elements of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (Segal, Williams and Teasdale 2002, 2013) adapted by Gina Beigel in MBSR-T. Program will be designed to provide training in foundational mindfulness practices and teach participants how to integrate and apply mindfulness in their everyday lives and work environment.
Topics explored include the role of perception in how we experience, interpret and relate to ourselves, others and life circumstances; stress and burnout and how practicing mindfulness can potentially mitigate harmful effects of stress; cultivating curiosity, compassion, personal values and kind intention; and how present moment awareness can support real choice and skillful action.
