Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Experience the, evidence-based, 8-Week mindfulness course

Wednesday Morning Online

Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM EST
Retreat: Saturday, February 14
All classes and retreat are online

Wednesday Evening Online classes
Orientation: March 18, 6:30PM
Sessions: March 25 – May 13
6:30PM - 9:00PM EST
Retreat: Saturday, April 25

All classes are online, but you can choose to attend the retreat either online or in person at Spirit of Life Unitarian Universalists, 18412 Burrell Rd, Odessa, FL 33556.

Join us for a nourishing day-long retreat designed for current and past MBSR and Mindfulness Coaching participants. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to step away from daily distractions and immerse yourself in mindfulness practices

Inner Strength Mindfulness Coaching

Customized individual and couples coaching for both adults and teens, providing a personalized and interactive program designed specifically for you. The approach is adapted from the internationally acclaimed, evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and includes elements of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) as developed by Segal, Williams, and Teasdale (2002, 2013), further adapted by Gina Biegel in MBSR-T.
